What you will do

• Support the creation and management of PR/PO processes.
• Provide assistance with budget tracking and support.
• Maintain and update procurement-related documentation.
• Perform data extraction from Procurement ERP systems and ticketing tools.
• Prepare reports and handle audit requirements for procurement tools.

Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology or Business Administration and Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Possibility to sign a collaboration agreement with the university.
• Ambition to work in an international and multicultural environment.
