What you will do

• Lead the configuration, customization, and implementation of AI-driven insights to support client-specific business objectives.
• Own the onboarding process for new customers, delivering structured training on platform workflows and governance.
• Conduct onsite and virtual platform certification workshops to enable clients to optimize their strategies independently.
• Analyze platform performance and adoption trends to present actionable recommendations and business-impact metrics.
• Build reusable insight frameworks and templates to enable scalable customization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, and Sales teams to align platform capabilities with client needs.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in a B2B SaaS role (business, product, or product-oriented customer-facing).
• Proven experience working with technical products or platform environments.
• Ability to lead customer training sessions, workshops, and performance-review discussions.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Databricks).
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

• Experience in fintech or the financial services industry.
