What you will do

• Lead L2/L3 AMS support teams for Legion WFM and act as the primary SME for critical escalations.
• Manage production support and operations primarily for the USA market.
• Define and enforce support processes, SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
• Conduct deep root cause analysis (RCA) to implement permanent fixes and preventive measures.
• Support scheduling, forecasting, labor optimization, and time-tracking modules.
• Coordinate with the vendor (Legion) for product issues and escalations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with UKG WFM.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience specifically with the Legion platform.
• Strong knowledge of US Labor compliance is mandatory.
• Proven experience leading AMS teams in large multi-country WFM environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
