What you will do

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategies, target architectures, and technology roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment between business, application, data, integration, and technology architectures.
• Perform impact assessments and support architecture alignment across strategic transformation initiatives.
• Prepare and present architecture recommendations to governance boards and senior management.
• Define target operating models and application rationalization strategies.
• Collaborate with business leaders, architects, and delivery teams to evolve EA practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, preferably within financial services.
• Strong expertise in business, application, integration, and technology architecture.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale digital transformation, platform modernization, or post-merger integration.
• TOGAF certification or equivalent enterprise architecture framework experience.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Luxembourg.

Nice to have

• Experience within post-trade, custody, settlement, asset servicing, fund services, or capital markets environments.
• Experience supporting M&A, post-merger integration, or large-scale organizational transformation programs.
• Familiarity with ArchiMate, BizzDesign, or similar enterprise architecture tools.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
