TL;DR

Site Reliability Engineer I (Fintech/Healthtech): Supporting critical web applications across Dev, Beta, and Production environments with an accent on root cause analysis and system reliability. Location: Hybrid; must be based in Boston, Maitland, or Milwaukee (25% office presence required)

What you will do

  • Support critical web applications across Development, Beta, and Production environments, including rotating on-call duties.
  • Solve high-impact technical puzzles by identifying root causes and delivering fast resolutions across multiple systems.
  • Collaborate across teams, triage escalations, and partner with stakeholders to drive company-wide success.
  • Participate in Agile/SAFe processes and support deployments in on-prem and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
  • Manage escalations professionally to ensure high-quality customer experience.
  • Maintain high service standards to ensure SLA compliance.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in SRE, Technical Support, or Software Engineering.
  • Must be based in Boston, Maitland, or Milwaukee (Hybrid).
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SDLC, and scripting (C#, Java, Python).
  • Knowledge of basic SQL/Postgres and code branching/merging.
  • Experience with cloud computing best practices, including deployment, management, and security.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
