Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Must be based in Dallas, TX or Cary, NC

What you will do
- Support water distribution hydraulic modeling and system planning projects across the United States.
- Evaluate water systems for capacity, condition, resilience, and operating efficiency to provide findings and recommendations.
- Use hydraulic modeling software to build, calibrate, and evaluate water systems for planning and design support.
- Perform risk-based assessments to develop and prioritize capital improvement programs.
- Integrate condition assessment and asset management data to support replacement and renewal planning.
- Own technical tasks and perform quality checks of calculations, models, and figures before submittals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
- Must be based in or able to work in Dallas, TX or Cary, NC.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- 4+ years of water infrastructure assessment experience including hydraulic modeling and master planning.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License or P. Eng.
- Proficiency with GIS technology (ArcGIS Pro) and data visualization software (PowerBI).
- Experience with hydraulic modeling software such as InfoWater Pro, WaterGEMS, EPANET, PC SWMM, or InfoWorks ICM.
