What you will do

• Prepare drainage design plans, hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, and technical reports for roadway, bridge, and culvert systems.
• Apply drainage design standards and agency guidelines to ensure constructability and compliance.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including roadway, structural, and environmental engineers.
• Perform storm sewer and culvert sizing, cost estimates, and quantity takeoffs.
• Support quality assurance reviews and provide technical support during plan reviews or field inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 5-10+ years of transportation drainage experience specifically with TxDOT projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proficiency in Microstation ORD, AutoCad, and Civil3D software.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment between an office and field in Dallas, Texas.
