• Lead hirify.global’s court reporter and provider billing operations.
• Manage and optimize rate cards, vendor compensation, and multi-state billing structures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product to improve billing systems and tools.
• Design and implement scalable systems and playbooks to drive team efficiency.
• Mentor, coach, and lead a high-performing billing team with autonomy and accountability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance operations.
• Experience in legal services, court reporting, or multi-vendor/two-sided marketplace environments.
• Proven experience in people management, coaching, and team development.
• Deep expertise in rate cards and vendor compensation models.
• Must be based in the United States.
