TL;DR

Billing Coordinator (Legaltech): Managing the full invoicing cycle and high-volume transactions for a litigation technology platform with an accent on client relationship management and process optimization. Focus on ensuring payment accuracy, resolving cross-functional bottlenecks, and improving billing workflows.

Location: Remote (United States). Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM PT or 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM ET, and one Saturday per month.

Salary: $20-$23 per hour

What you will do

  • Own the full invoicing cycle and process high-volume transactions, including PDOs and expedite requests.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and providers to resolve billing requests professionally.
  • Identify process gaps in billing workflows and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to route and resolve issues that block internal teams.
  • Apply professional judgment to solve real-world billing problems and escalate issues smartly.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and high attention to detail.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Availability to work specific time zone shifts (PT/ET) and one Saturday per month.
