Salary: $20-$23 per hour

What you will do

• Process high-volume invoicing using a fast-moving billing dashboard with speed and accuracy.
• Research billing discrepancies and identify recurring patterns in billing errors.
• Collaborate with billing associates and the billing manager to resolve issues and keep workflows on track.
• Analyze existing processes to identify and fix inefficiencies in the billing cycle.
• Utilize a modern tech stack including Google Workspace, Slack, and Zendesk for daily operations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Availability to work specific shifts (PT or ET) and one Saturday per month.
• Strong critical thinking skills and non-negotiable attention to detail.
