What you will do

• Own the full FP&A cycle, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Act as an internal consulting resource to solve ambiguous, cross-functional business problems from framing to implementation.
• Diagnose financial trends by tracing P&L movements back to operational causes in GTM, Product, or Ops.
• Lead high-stakes analytical projects including unit economics, investment cases, and new business models.
• Partner with the SVP of Finance to pressure-test assumptions and bring rigor to strategic business decisions.
• Build scalable data infrastructure and processes using a systems-thinking mindset.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience spanning FP&A and Business Operations.
• Background in investment banking, management consulting, or BizOps at a scaling company.
• Proven track record of owning the end-to-end FP&A cycle and board-level narrative.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep analytical rigor and ability to communicate complex analysis with clarity.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, legal tech, or marketplace businesses.
• Familiarity with data tools like Looker, dbt, or Snowflake.
