What you will do

• Run cross-functional analyses end-to-end and build financial models that leadership relies on for decision-making.
• Translate analysis into real-time decisions regarding staffing, pricing, and resource allocation.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to diagnose upstream business drivers before they impact financials.
• Own key components of the FP&A cycle and develop the narrative behind the numbers.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to leadership across the organization.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience starting in investment banking, management consulting, or transaction advisory.
• Experience in an FP&A, Strategy, or Operations role at a scaling company.
• Hands-on expertise in building complex financial models from scratch.
• Ability to communicate complex, multi-layered issues with precision to cross-functional partners.
• Must be based in the United States.
