What you will do

• Track GCDI book of work and CISO SteerCo deliverables to ensure clear ownership and dependency tracking.
• Aggregate and validate weekly operational metrics across teams for leadership reporting.
• Draft and refine content for governance forums, including All Hands and CISO SteerCo meetings.
• Maintain PFR artifacts and coordinate inputs from stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
• Manage vendor-related workflows, VRO tasks, and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Coordinate meeting agendas, draft minutes, and maintain a centralized task tracker.

Requirements

• Experience in project management support or governance coordination.
• Ability to refine content for executive-level governance forums.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and proactive follow-up.
• Proficiency in streamlining reporting cycles and maintaining operational trackers.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
