Location: Hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $160,000 - $180,000

What you will do
- Lead the architecture and evolution of the FanSight front-end platform.
- Design and build scalable features for global ticketing applications.
- Establish engineering standards for performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across the squad.
- Define the annual technology roadmap and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver responsive customer-facing experiences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with a proven track record as a technical lead.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Strong full-stack background with deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture.
- Proficiency in back-end languages such as C#/.NET, Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Experience designing distributed, high-throughput services and RESTful APIs.
- Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles as required by the hybrid model.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures like Kafka.
- Background in the ticketing or e-commerce industry.
- Experience with TDD/BDD and NoSQL databases like Elasticsearch or DynamoDB.
