Salary: $160,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Lead the architecture and evolution of the FanSight front-end platform.
• Design and build scalable features for global ticketing applications.
• Establish engineering standards for performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across the squad.
• Define the annual technology roadmap and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver responsive customer-facing experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with a proven track record as a technical lead.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Strong full-stack background with deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture.
• Proficiency in back-end languages such as C#/.NET, Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Experience designing distributed, high-throughput services and RESTful APIs.
• Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles as required by the hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures like Kafka.
• Background in the ticketing or e-commerce industry.
• Experience with TDD/BDD and NoSQL databases like Elasticsearch or DynamoDB.
