What you will do

• Own end-to-end performance and escalation management for the global IT deployment queue.
• Direct regional service providers and deployment teams to ensure operational standard compliance.
• Maximize hardware lifecycle efficiency and inventory data integrity across international hubs.
• Lead daily operational syncs to address blockers and align on global deployment targets.
• Bridge communication between internal IT teams and external logistics partners.
• Audit and report on key performance indicators, including outbound SLAs and inventory metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US due to benefit and operational requirements.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams, regional service partners, or managed service providers.
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, enterprise logistics, or IT asset management.
• Proven experience managing high-volume ticketing queues and resolving complex operational escalations.
• Hands-on experience tracking hardware lifecycles and maintaining inventory data integrity.

Nice to have

• Experience managing international vendors and shipping logistics across LATAM, AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Track record of driving performance and SLAs with major external partners like CDW or Milestone.
• Proficiency with Zendesk and Oomnitza.
