Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Triage incoming RFP requests and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, polished delivery.
  • Partner with Security, Legal, and Product SMEs to gather accurate information for complex enterprise questionnaires.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the RFP knowledge base to ensure high-quality, consistent responses.
  • Implement AI tooling and workflow automation to reduce manual effort and increase response efficiency.
  • Support Sales teams by identifying patterns in prospect questions and positioning the platform effectively.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in product operations, revenue operations, legal operations, deal desk, or investment banking at a high-growth tech company.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear language.
  • Proven track record of improving inherited processes and sustaining high output.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for applying AI and automation tools to repetitive tasks.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with RFP platforms like Conveyor, Loopio, or Responsive.
  • Exposure to enterprise security or compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
  • Experience in sales-adjacent or customer trust functions.
