Location: Hybrid; Must be based in the US and be able to commute to a company Hub
Salary: $115,000 - $200,000 Annual

What you will do
- Analyze deteriorating fraud models to perform root cause analysis and identify underlying issues.
- Develop tactical and strategic action plans to address model performance gaps.
- Create executive summaries and detailed documentation for the model development process.
- Develop enhanced reporting and monitoring tools to track fraud model performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including model developers and validation teams, to ensure strategic goals are met.
- Ensure strong governance and support regulatory requests, internal reviews, and audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience (or 9+ years without a degree) in Credit, Marketing, Risk, or Collections within Financial Services.
- 3+ years of experience using SAS, Python, and Tableau.
- Expert level proficiency in Excel.
- 3+ years of experience in retail, business, or installment loans.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Master's Degree or MBA with an advanced analytic focus.
- Deep understanding of model evaluation metrics such as precision, recall, and F1.
- Familiarity with logistic regression and tree ensembles.
- Experience working with off-shore teams.
