Salary: $188,600 – $305,050 USD (based on location zone).

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior FP&A leadership to design organizational strategies and align financial planning with growth goals.
• Lead the transformation of FP&A workflows by embedding AI, machine learning, and the Databricks platform into core processes.
• Drive complex, large-scale cross-functional initiatives across Finance, IT, Engineering, Product, and GTM teams.
• Own executive communications, including running leadership forums and orchestrating OKR and QBR processes.
• Provide a strategic lens on commercialization, pricing models, and product-led growth metrics.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in high-growth corporate FP&A, Business Operations, or elite management consulting.
• Deep expertise in FP&A architecture and large-scale corporate transformation.
• Proven track record of managing organizational change and implementing new technologies.
• US work authorization required; ability to work with export-controlled technology.
• Strong fluency in data analytics tools (SQL, Python) and a passion for AI-driven finance.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
