Salary: $52,000/year ($25.00/hour)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end customer interactions without the use of scripts.
• Provide expert guidance on annuities, health insurance, life insurance, and beneficiary claims.
• Navigate multiple internal systems to assess situations and present complex solutions.
• Focus on first-call resolution and high-quality client service.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional development programs.

Requirements

• Must hold an active FINRA Series 6 license.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience navigating complex customer interactions through to resolution.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. CST.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is preferred.
• Reliable, hard-wired internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload).
