What you will do

• Design and develop e-learning modules on circuit board and hardware topics using Articulate 360.
• Work with a technical Subject Matter Expert to extract, structure, and translate complex hardware concepts into clear learning experiences.
• Create AI avatar video content using HeyGen or Synthesia to support module delivery and learner engagement.
• Own instructional design and development end-to-end, maintaining a production pace of about one module per week.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA (East Coast preferred; EST preferred).
• Strong LXD fundamentals with the ability to independently shape raw technical content into polished modules with minimal direction.
• Comfort with technical subject matter (circuit board theory/electronics/PCB terminology); schematics and PCB terminology should not slow you down.
• English: English resume required.
• Hands-on Articulate 360 development skills (building, not only designing).
• Experience facilitating knowledge transfer with SMEs and operating with high autonomy.
