Upgrades Project Manager - Packaging

Upgrades Project Manager - Packaging: Lead the delivery and implementation of packaging upgrades that improve food safety, operational efficiency, and sustainability with an accent on project execution, stakeholder alignment, and engineering/financial expertise for upgrade quotations. Focus on delivering projects on time and within budget, managing SAP cost/budget recognition, and supporting sales with technical analysis and RFQ follow-up across the Americas.

Location: Mexico (C&C or Andina) with up to 50% travel; also supports projects across the Americas region.

What you will do

• Manage packaging upgrades end-to-end: execution, implementation, follow-up, and delivery.
• Secure resources and coordinate stakeholders including markets (sales), Project Centres, Customer Service Operations, suppliers, and customers.
• Recognize sales in SAP, manage upgrade costs and budget, and ensure project performance.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications and performance targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and execute project handover with documentation and mandatory requirements.
• Provide technical/engineering and financial expertise for quoting upgrade solutions and support sales with technical analysis, value propositions, and customer presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management and implementation.
• Experience with hirify.global filling machines and distribution equipment.
• Good AutoCAD knowledge.
• Fluent English & Spanish.
• Visa or relocation sponsorship is not provided.
