What you will do

• Design and implement scalable IAM architecture for the Aura cloud platform.
• Manage authentication protocols including OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and LDAP.
• Integrate enterprise SSO providers like Okta, Azure AD, and Ping Identity.
• Develop access control policies based on least privilege principles (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC).
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and product teams to ensure compliance with SOC 2.
• Mentor team members on IAM best practices and secure design patterns.

Requirements

• 7+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of IAM principles, authentication protocols, and identity lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Python or Go.
• Experience with major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Familiarity with IAM systems such as Okta, Auth0, or Azure AD.
• Strong grasp of identity security frameworks and secure design patterns.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of professional experience specifically in Identity and Access Management.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
