What you will do

• Provide Level 3 support for complex network, server, and virtualization infrastructure.
• Execute VMware-to-Hyper-V migrations using Veeam technologies.
• Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routing, switching, wireless, and firewall environments.
• Administer Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Perform onsite data center operations including rack-and-stack, cabling, and hardware upgrades.
• Coordinate with remote engineering teams and serve as the lead onsite technical representative.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise network and infrastructure environments.
• Valid U.S. Passport is required for cruise ship operations.
• Proven expertise in Cisco networking, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VMware vSphere.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for production environments with high availability requirements.
• Ability to work independently with limited onsite supervision.
• Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).
• Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification.
• Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE) or VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
• CompTIA Server+ certification.
