Web Development Intern

TL;DR

What you will do

• Assist with quality assurance, accessibility testing, and analytics validation for a portfolio of websites.
• Support the company-wide rebrand and website rebuild through content migration and responsive testing.
• Create and maintain a centralized technical inventory for all web properties.
• Document technical processes, including website testing and launch checklists.
• Perform minor front-end development tasks and resolve identified website issues.
• Collaborate with the Senior Web Developer on pre- and post-launch testing and issue triage.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field with at least three years of coursework completed.
• Foundational experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Experience working with content management systems like WordPress.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Basic knowledge of web analytics, tag management, or performance-testing tools.
• Experience with cross-browser testing and browser developer tools.
