Salary: $156,500 - $210,000 USD / 174,500 - 205,000 CAD

What you will do

• Partner with Account Managers to assess partner technical maturity and prioritize engagement.
• Develop technical strategies aligning partner growth goals with hirify.global's platform capabilities.
• Design scalable enablement pathways for onboarding and certification.
• Create and present technical demos using reusable frameworks tailored to partner contexts.
• Guide partners through proofs of concept and validate enterprise opportunities for feasibility and scalability.
• Contribute to technical curriculum development and partner enablement programs.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a go-to-market technical role.
• Hands-on web development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with partners, agencies, or channel-driven business models.
• Proven ability to teach and onboard audiences through technical education or scaled programs.
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical concepts via writing and presentations.
• Must be based in the US or Canada (BC/ON) and reside in the Pacific Time Zone.

Nice to have

• Hands-on hirify.global experience or familiarity with the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and modern web architectures.
• Background in public speaking or one-to-many technical enablement.
• Proactive fluency in AI and applying emerging technologies to drive outcomes.
