What you will do
- Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate partners and networks within the mainstream dating vertical.
- Manage the full partner lifecycle from initial contact and negotiation to campaign launch and ongoing development.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offers, and traffic performance to identify and execute growth opportunities.
- Coordinate tracking setups, including S2S postbacks and attribution logic, to ensure accurate performance reporting.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and sales teams to align launch details and troubleshoot technical discrepancies.
- Scale successful collaborations and optimize partner profitability through data-driven improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development within performance-driven digital industries.
- Existing network of relevant affiliate partners or traffic sources, ideally with experience in mainstream dating.
- Strong track record of building and scaling a partnerships pipeline from scratch.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing models including CPA, CPL, RevShare, and traffic quality metrics.
- Technical proficiency in analyzing tracking links, pixels, attribution logic, and conversion events.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, global environment.
