TL;DR

Fullstack Developer (Java/.NET/React): Building high-scale financial and banking applications with an accent on cross-stack integration and architectural leadership. Focus on designing modular microservices, optimizing performance across diverse backend ecosystems, and ensuring seamless data flow between Java, .NET, and Node.js services.

Location: 100% Remote. Canadian residents (Citizenship or PR Status) are preferred for employment; candidates residing outside of Canada will work as independent contractors.

Salary: CAD $120K–$180K annually

What you will do

• Build, develop, and maintain complex, responsive web applications from the ground up using various modern stacks.
• Design and implement modular, scalable, and reusable code structures for future development.
• Integrate diverse APIs and services across Java, .NET, and Node.js to ensure system reliability.
• Translate high-fidelity prototypes into performant and pixel-perfect React code.
• Optimize application performance across the entire stack for sub-second response times.
• Lead code reviews and mentor intermediate developers to elevate technical standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional Full-Stack experience, with 3+ years in a Senior or Lead capacity.
• Production-grade experience in Java (Spring Boot), .NET (C# / .NET Core), and Node.js.
• Expert proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• 5+ years of deep experience with TypeScript and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Azure backend systems (App Services, Functions, Key Vault).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Credit Unions, Banking, or Fintech platforms.
• Experience deploying and managing applications across AWS and GCP.
• Familiarity with React Native or native mobile development.
