What you will do

• Design and own the technical architecture of The SOURCE® platform.
• Translate creative brand logic and agency workflows into scalable systems.
• Develop internal tools to reduce operational drag and scope creep.
• Integrate AI, LLMs, and automation tools where they add tangible value.
• Collaborate directly with the founder to shape product vision and sequencing.

Requirements

• 6–12+ years of experience in engineering or technical architecture.
• Proven track record of building platforms from zero to v1.
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python (FastAPI preferred).
• Experience with Postgres and hybrid JSON schemas.
• Strong product intuition and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
• Skill in integrating third-party APIs and automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a founder or early employee.
• Experience building tools for creative teams or agencies.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Supabase.
• Interest in brand design and creative systems.
