hirify.global is a Series A fintech startup building an AI-native Loan Origination System designed to automate lending operations for US finance companies and banks.

What you will do

• Develop end-to-end features across the platform, including backend APIs and React-based customer dashboards.
• Model and configure lending domain elements such as underwriting rules, debt adjustment, and task flows.
• Build automations for the loan lifecycle by integrating credit bureaus, KYC providers, and banking rails.
• Implement and ship AI-powered features, including LLM-based automations, classification pipelines, and agentic workflows.
• Own features from scoping and implementation through testing, deployment, and monitoring based on production signals.
• Contribute to shared standards for code quality, reliability, and security.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in a full-stack role.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or Go, and experience with REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Solid experience with React and TypeScript for shipping polished, responsive UIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, including non-trivial queries and data modeling for transactional systems.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS, GCP) and a working understanding of CI/CD and observability.
• Must be based in Argentina and proficient in English for asynchronous collaboration.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into production systems.
• Experience with RAG, agentic workflows, vector search, or LLM observability.
• Background in fintech, lending, payments, or other regulated financial domains.
• Familiarity with rule engines, workflow engines, or event-driven architectures.
