What you will do

• Manage corporate actions and listing queries while enforcing best practices and procedures.
• Update hirify.global’s databases and trading engine with new listings and corporate actions to ensure accuracy.
• Liaise with issuers and representatives to collect necessary legal and technical documentation.
• Support listed companies in the implementation and communication of their listings or corporate actions.
• Draft, update, and publish market announcements to ensure transparent and orderly market functioning.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and internal control of operational processes and KPIs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in written and spoken French and English.
• Must be based in Paris, France.
• Pursuit of a Master’s degree in Finance, Law, Economics, or a related field.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and VBA; programming knowledge is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Good understanding of financial markets, market structures, and the regulatory context.
