What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle, verify supplier invoices, and track customer aging balances.
- Audit corporate card expenses and ensure strict compliance with VAT rules and analytical tagging.
- Monitor partner billing cycles and calculate weekly partner revenue share files.
- Contribute to monthly closing processes through pre-closing tasks and analytical reviews of expenses.
- Analyze budget variances across cost centers and update financial dashboards/KPIs.
- Optimize corporate cash-flow by executing new debt collection and recovery processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Year 1 or 2) in Accounting, Corporate Finance, or Management Control.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets and solid knowledge of general accounting (VAT, reconciliation).
- Fluent in both French and English.
- AI-oriented mindset: active use of generative AI tools to optimize daily productivity and workflows.
- Extreme rigor in handling financial data and proactivity in coordinating with internal teams.
Nice to have
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience.
- Experience with Pennylane, Pivot, Spendesk, or Payflow.
