Focus on optimizing cash-flow, managing the end-to-end purchasing cycle, and providing FP&A support through budget variance analysis.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle, verify supplier invoices, and track customer aging balances.
  • Audit corporate card expenses and ensure strict compliance with VAT rules and analytical tagging.
  • Monitor partner billing cycles and calculate weekly partner revenue share files.
  • Contribute to monthly closing processes through pre-closing tasks and analytical reviews of expenses.
  • Analyze budget variances across cost centers and update financial dashboards/KPIs.
  • Optimize corporate cash-flow by executing new debt collection and recovery processes.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Year 1 or 2) in Accounting, Corporate Finance, or Management Control.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets and solid knowledge of general accounting (VAT, reconciliation).
  • Fluent in both French and English.
  • AI-oriented mindset: active use of generative AI tools to optimize daily productivity and workflows.
  • Extreme rigor in handling financial data and proactivity in coordinating with internal teams.

Nice to have

  • Previous internship or apprenticeship experience.
  • Experience with Pennylane, Pivot, Spendesk, or Payflow.
