Group Controller (SaaS)

What you will do

• Oversee monthly consolidated reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and annual financial statement preparation.
• Manage full-cycle accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, and group consolidation.
• Coordinate the reinternalization of the monthly closing process for the US acquisition.
• Lead the implementation of a new ERP system and act as the primary contact for auditors.
• Contribute to annual budgeting, short-term cash-flow forecasting, and due diligence or refinancing processes.
• Document and strengthen intercompany accounting procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in accounting and controls.
• Background in audit, transaction services, or experience within multi-entity group, LBO, or SaaS environments.
• Fluent in French and English for daily interactions with teams in France, US, and UK.
• Deep knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance standards.
• Strong interest in automation and modern finance tooling with AI.
• Ability to work autonomously in a high-growth, hands-on environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with ERP implementations such as Netsuite or Sage100.
