Salary: $180,000 — $247,500 USD

What you will do

• Lead the post-technical win strategy and execution plan for strategic customer use cases.
• Act as the primary technical leader for production go-live and platform adoption.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Professional Services, Support, and Engineering to resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and execute roadmaps for enablement, user growth, and product adoption.
• Provide KPI reporting on customer health, investment status, and risk management to leadership.
• Navigate complex organizational structures to align Databricks solutions with customer business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within Data and AI.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, technical architecture, or customer success.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
• Proven track record of managing complex escalations and executive-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
