Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 a year

What you will do

• Manage the daily operations, workflow, and professional growth of the Systems and Missions design team.
• Lead large-scale system initiatives and roadmapping for both cyclical and standalone gameplay content.
• Collaborate with Engineers, UI/UX, Data, and QA to design, implement, and balance engaging game systems.
• Analyze data and industry trends to optimize in-game mechanics and innovate player experiences.
• Identify systemic risks early and drive the implementation of long-term strategic solutions.
• Mentor Systems and Missions Designers on best practices and share knowledge across the studio.

Requirements

• Must be based in Vancouver for a full-time, on-site position.
• 7+ years of game design experience on commercially successful properties.
• Proven experience managing game designers, schedules, roadmaps, and KPIs.
• Strong background in F2P mobile markets, specifically within RPGs or ARPGs.
• Experience working on Live Operated titles and collaborating with cross-discipline teams.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with an emphasis on game design.
