What you will do

• Manage the design, implementation, and tuning of core game system features.
• Collaborate with programmers and artists to drive features from initial concept to final polish.
• Articulate design concepts and workflows through structured documentation and presentations.
• Contribute to the evolution of the overall gameplay vision alongside the Game Director and Lead Designers.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to foster a high-performing environment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing game systems, specifically for World, Narrative, UI, and Missions.
• Ability to take full ownership of driving designs from idea to implementation.
• Strong communication skills for working within multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams.
• Deep passion for game development and creating high-quality player experiences.
• Openness to feedback within a creative and innovative studio environment.
