What you will do

• Create an inspiring game vision and own major facets of design, including core mechanics and features.
• Develop and iterate prototypes to ensure designs are production-ready.
• Evolve game designs based on regular playtesting and community feedback.
• Use qualitative and quantitative methods to validate and improve work.
• Collaborate with the Game Director and operational managers to refine the player experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in the video game industry working with medium-large teams.
• Proven experience leading a design team of at least 5 game designers.
• Proficiency with design tools including Jira, Notion, and MS Office.
• Comprehensive knowledge of game design disciplines: concept, progression, interface, monetization, and retention.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills to organize workflows from start to finish.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
