What you will do

• Review and analyze alerts within the transaction monitoring system.
• Escalate suspicious activities to the regulatory compliance team.
• Process cases in a timely manner to meet established SLAs.
• Ensure team productivity and quality standards are consistently met.
• Direct day-to-day activities of the transaction monitoring team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a transaction monitoring function.
• Experience in the banking, fintech, or finance industry.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple business units.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
