What you will do

• Perform daily matching of sales transactions against payment gateways across multicurrency accounts.
• Analyze and process chargebacks, disputes, and refunds.
• Verify, prepare, and process vendor invoices, payments, and staff reimbursements.
• Issue and allocate customer billings, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Maintain general ledger records and assist with month-end closing and tax filing.
• Manage financial documentation and historical records securely.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of ledger maintenance and accounts payable processes.
• Proficiency in using accounting systems and Excel for reconciliation and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of experience in accounts or finance operations.
