What you will do

• Coach, train, and motivate a crew of Energy Technicians to ensure accuracy and productivity.
• Act as the local, on-site program and company representative for customers and contractors.
• Conduct residential energy efficiency upgrades and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Record inspection results and contractor interactions while adhering to program requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical problems as they arise and provide regular status updates to program staff.

Requirements

• Must be based in Lakewood, New Jersey.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Over 3 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team of technicians and act as a player/coach.
• Compliance with all applicable DOT qualification requirements.
