Manager, Treasury and Collections (SaaS): Overseeing treasury, collections, and financial reporting for a PE-backed public safety technology platform with an accent on liquidity management, AR aging, and US GAAP compliance. Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and obtain a Reliability security clearance from the Government of Canada.

What you will do

• Monitor cash balances and liquidity across all entities and maintain accurate cash-flow forecasts.
• Manage financial risks, specifically foreign exchange and interest rate exposures.
• Lead day-to-day collections activities and implement initiatives to reduce accounts receivable aging.
• Prepare 12-month rolling cash forecasts and analyze KPIs such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and AR Turnover.
• Ensure consolidated financial reporting complies with US GAAP, tax, and company requirements.
• Collaborate with accounting and FP&A teams to automate and streamline reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a CPA designation required.
• 6–8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, treasury, or financial operations.
• Strong proficiency in US GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with ERPs (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks) and collection tools (Stripe, Invoiced/Flywire).
• Legal authorization to work in Canada and ability to maintain Government of Canada security clearance.
