What you will do

• Lead financial operations for a portfolio of software companies, ensuring accurate reporting under US GAAP.
• Drive month-end close processes, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Manage annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting cycles.
• Lead financial integration of newly acquired companies, including policy and system alignment.
• Mentor and manage offshore finance teams to ensure quality control.
• Partner with portfolio CEOs to provide data-driven insights and optimize performance.

Requirements

• CPA, CA, or equivalent professional designation required.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP.
• Experience with software companies or private equity-backed businesses.
• Proven success in leading finance teams and managing multiple deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-geography collaboration.
