Location: Remote, but must be local to or based in Salt Lake City, UT as co-location is expected

What you will do
- Represent the brand voice across emails, phones, and order management systems.
- Build long-term relationships with pet parents through memorable customer experiences.
- Track and monitor customer feedback to drive the company's CX vision.
- Assist in the career development and KPI management of other agents.
- Lead projects to improve the Canine Care experience and beyond.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Previous experience in customer-centric roles such as retail or food service.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Passion for pets and empathy for pet parents.
- Must be based in or local to Salt Lake City, UT.
Nice to have
- Experience with Gladly or similar customer support platforms.
- Background in pet care or health-foods.
