What you will do

• Implement and configure software solutions according to agreed project designs and technical deliverables.
• Educate and empower customers to ensure full adoption and realization of business benefits.
• Maintain advanced technical competency in all product offerings and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, pre-sales, support, and product management.
• Provide expert technical advice to customers based on their specific requirements and industry standards.
• Contribute to community forums and publish technical articles to share knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a software consulting role.
• Professional fluency in Japanese and English is required for customer engagements.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT operations and ITIL frameworks.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients and applications.
• Ability to travel to and work from customer sites as required.
• Experience with cloud deployments, security, and SSO is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with MacOS environments.
• Familiarity with industry regulations such as ISO27k, PCI-DSS, GDPR, or NIST.
• Background in Digital Transformation projects, specifically end-user related.
