What you will do
- Implement and configure software solutions according to agreed project designs and technical deliverables.
- Educate and empower customers to ensure full adoption and realization of business benefits.
- Maintain advanced technical competency in all product offerings and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, pre-sales, support, and product management.
- Provide expert technical advice to customers based on their specific requirements and industry standards.
- Contribute to community forums and publish technical articles to share knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a software consulting role.
- Professional fluency in Japanese and English is required for customer engagements.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT operations and ITIL frameworks.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients and applications.
- Ability to travel to and work from customer sites as required.
- Experience with cloud deployments, security, and SSO is highly preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with MacOS environments.
- Familiarity with industry regulations such as ISO27k, PCI-DSS, GDPR, or NIST.
- Background in Digital Transformation projects, specifically end-user related.
