What you will do

• Support the resolution of issues across various insurance and pension products to improve customer outcomes.
• Analyze data and design/run models to calculate redress and corrected policy positions.
• Provide expert input into customer treatment approaches.
• Ensure all calculations are accurate, well-controlled, and compliant with actuarial standards.
• Collaborate within an Agile project team to drive continuous improvement in delivery.

Requirements

• Qualified or partly-qualified Actuary.
• Strong technical ability in analyzing problems and building calculations.
• Advanced Excel modelling skills.
• Knowledge of pensions and/or life assurance products.
