Location: On-site in New York, NY (Minimum 4 days per week in office)
Salary: $75,000 – $136,000 (Total Compensation)

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end product QA pipelines from brand onboarding through to live publication.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape AI-driven Catalog workflows and prompt design.
- Ensure product data meets strict retailer-specific requirements for accuracy and compliance.
- Troubleshoot marketplace issues and communicate directly with brands to resolve onboarding blockers.
- Develop scalable processes, AI rules, and tooling to reduce manual QA effort and rework.
Requirements
- Experience in QA, operations, or e-commerce/marketplace onboarding (e.g., Shopify).
- Proficiency in product data workflows and troubleshooting complex multi-system environments.
- Curiosity and experience with AI tools, prompting, and workflow automation.
- Strong written communication skills for direct external client interaction.
- Must be based in New York and able to work on-site minimum 4 days per week.
