What you will do

• Guide strategic customers in the design, deployment, and administration of Databricks on GCP.
• Architect production-level deployments ensuring strict security and networking requirements are met.
• Provide technical leadership and support for advanced technical sales, including custom proof of concepts.
• Develop tutorials and training materials to drive community adoption via hackathons and conferences.
• Act as a subject matter expert in cloud platforms, automation, security, or identity management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of technical experience in GCP Platform Architecture, Security, Networking, or Platform Administration.
• 2+ years of professional experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in pre-sales or post-sales roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Python, Java, or Scala.
