What you will do

• Process advertising sync clearances, including negotiation, licensing, and invoicing for artists across the entire roster.
• Provide administrative support to the Senior Director of Sync and VP Sync, EMEA.
• Collaborate with Legal and Business Affairs to provide up-to-date rights information.
• Coordinate with Finance teams to ensure the smooth and efficient payment of sync invoices.
• Monitor market trends to ensure the business remains competitive.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience within a sync licensing role.
• Familiarity with the UK advertising side of sync.
• Incredible attention to detail and proficiency with numbers.
• Ability to manage time and work under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for music and media.

Nice to have

• Experience working at a record label, publisher, or music supervision company.
• Experience working directly with artists and management companies.
• Proven track record of negotiating, clearing, and closing deals in the advertising space.
