TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Istanbul, Turkey (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Oversee all production phases from concept development to on-site execution and wrap-up.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration between creative, technical, and operations teams.
  • Manage production budgets, vendor negotiations, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure creative concepts remain feasible within technical and schedule constraints.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and milestones.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings and ensure accountability across all project workstreams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event production.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Turkish is required.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of production logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency with project management tools like Asana or Smartsheet.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
