What you will do

• Oversee the provisioning and fulfillment of engagement kits within eight business hours of authorization.
• Manage the decommissioning and secure termination of cloud infrastructure post-engagement.
• Coordinate mission alignment between engagement leads, analysts, and federal stakeholders.
• Produce weekly operational reports on kit status, health, and performance metrics.
• Lead incident response and troubleshooting efforts for cloud infrastructure issues.
• Manage resource allocation and scaling to meet engagement requirements.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
• 8+ years of experience in cloud operations or infrastructure management.
• 3+ years of management or team leadership experience.
• Expert knowledge of AWS cloud services and architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal government programs.
• Background in cybersecurity operations or threat hunting.
• Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or PMP certification.
