What you will do

• Lead post-sales technical onboarding, architecture reviews, and API integrations for enterprise customers.
• Advise customers on deployment strategies across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
• Design and validate integration patterns, architecture diagrams, and deployment flows.
• Act as a strategic technical conduit between customers and internal Product and Engineering teams.
• Develop implementation playbooks and reusable reference architectures for common customer patterns.
• Conduct technical workshops, solution validation sessions, and integration health checks.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and integration patterns (REST, gRPC, webhooks).
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Java and the Spring ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of security principles, including JWT, OAuth2, TLS/SSL, and encryption algorithms.
• Experience with Linux environments and observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
• Must be based in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience in post-sales, solution consulting, or technical account management for enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation).
• Experience with Kafka or Redis in real-time architectures.
